Your customer care team consists of the following:

Customer Service – From scheduling routine maintenance to opening trouble tickets, Customer Service Reps are the communication hub between Nexus resources and its Clients.

Relationship Management – Through open and frequent communication with clients, this group ensures that Nexus meets clients’ needs and expectations.

Technical Consultants – This group of certified consultants process clients’ technical needs by providing helpdesk, onsite support and remote preventive monitoring services. Each client will have designated primary and secondary consultants, backed by remote helpdesk support group.

CIO Advisory – Nexus’ CIO Advisors, with rich business and technology experience, insure a healthy alignment of clients’ business objectives and their IT strategy.
